It doesn't really go into effect until 2014. They GOP could block funding for it, but never repeal it.

if the voters are impatient enough to allow President Obama and a majority Democrat COngress work together for at least 4 years (1 term) then we Americans deserve the recession we have and we deserve to be lied to to go into Iraq and have our tax payers dollars squandered and stoke right from underneath our noses by the deregulated Banks and mortgage frauds. @WilliamHCarney It's the national debt he was talking about. Yes there was a surplus with Clinton, and it was reducing the national debt. But when Clinton left office, there was still a national debt of around $5.7 trillion.

@WilliamHCarney Bush came into the presidency doing two things....taking as many vacations days as possible and tax cuts. And then 9/11 happened and he got us into 2 wars. Bush spent money (direct and indirect through tax cuts) like as if Clinton left him a 10 trillion surplus...but NOPE...the surplus was barely really significant...but Bush kept at it, and now we are in debt, we are in so much debt because of these GOP monsters and they are now trying all they can to impede Obama.

If one contacts the Congressional Budget Office, a Non-Partisan department of the Legislative Branch, you will find the GOP, for the past 25 years, has fucked up our economy the most. Reagan added to the deficit by 189%m and Bush Jr, 89%. The 2 Tax Cuts, the 2 Wars, and the Perscription Health Bill, all not payed for. Also reported. If things were payed for, along with Bush not fuckin off the surplus Clinton left, we would be faaaar better off financially.

@adamitshelanu What things do you want the government to cut? Say, that the Republicans take over the Congress. What are they going do about unemployment? They sure as hell aren't going to exend unemployment. Midterm elections are overrated. What items are they going to cut? I keep hearing about repealing "Obamacare" as way to cut spending. It doesn't really go into effect until 2014. They GOP could block funding for it, but never repeal it.
