  • Thankyou, Thankyou, Thankyou. Takes me right back to the 60's. Love this guys Voice and songs.

Please add "One Among the Many"...

  • no 1 can ever imitate such a great singerand when they try i cringe

  • My mother had this 45, and this B side got just as much play, if not more, than the A side.

  • Remember this song August 1964 when I was 17. I was saying goodbye to my girlfriend as I was about to start a 9 year posting to Germany in the Army. She played this record over and over again that night, and it's nice to hear it again and reminisce

  • @chrisking1946 wow a 9 year posting - that must have been so difficult for the two of you. did you guys end up marrying? great song.

  • @chrisking1946 No never saw her again, I was young and met many german frauline's. Our letters just dried up and 10 years later I married and 36 years later we are still together, through many tribualtions and a cancer. Thanks for your comments it was kind of you

  • All his recordings where great!

  • MAGICK

  • love

  • Wicked Wicked Wicked simply the best!!!!

  • First time I hear this and I love this as from a jack, thanks for sharing, greetings from North Lapland

  • loved this song, since 13 years old, great to hear daily, can play when l die

  • Yeah, i was probably 13 or 14 when i heard this, forgot this one till all the Music Search Options showed up on the computer. Just an underrated singer. I don;t even see "From a Jack to a King" Ned's signature song listed among the top 2 or 3 hundred of all time.

  • i have look for this song for 44 year

    thanks m hobbs

  • Had they released this song after "From a Jack to a King", then he would have another hit.

"Big Love" is another winner that we have yet to see Posted, but this song missed the Pop Charts, so it is, unfortunately, obscure. I remember buying that song on Fabor Records, too, in 1963.

Thanks for Posting this flip side. (I thought I would be one of the few people to really remember & like this tune. Now, others will get to hear this song thanks to BladeSteve2007!)

  • This song always gives me a shiver ... I remember first hearing it back in 1963 or 64 on our old record player when I was about five or six!

We only had about a dozen records at the time and this was played over and over.

Does it still play on here in stereo by the way?

Well it's not realy true stereo, but I did enhance the original mono to make it a more exciting sound.

  • I understand completely what you wrote. I was around 13 in 64 and trying to grow up. Song brings back a million dollars worth of memories that money can't buy.

  • This should have been his number one! Excellent song..excellent voice!

  • my nanas favourite song

  • Fab! Was my favorite instead of the A side.

  • Remember the song very well, my 2nd year in High School, got this on a CD. Ned Miller had 10-12 real good songs, then he sort of disappeared.

  • FAB , I USED TO HAVE THIS ON A 45 /

  • Had he more hits?

  • ONE WORD FAB

  • better than jack to a king.

  • I agree, I like both but have always preferred this strong b-side.

  • Thanks BladeSteve2007 for posting this song I think its one of his BEST, again TRUE COUNTRY MUSIC sung the COUNTRY WAY.........LOVE IT..screw NASHVILLE
