peoples views on satan and lucifer have been so distorted and warped by the fear of people and the church that just the mere thought of the devil stirs up images of a blood-thirsty demon, but if you truly truly truly do your research and history, lucifer is a good figure, and like prometheus in greek history, he believed in free will and was acting on more human than divine emotions, like pride, lust, arrogance etc.....lucifer was imperfect, like we all are.

Peter Gilmore is the absolute best possible PR guy for the CoS. He's articulate, intelligent, well-spoken, and downright likable. I probably want to meet him more than anyone else on the planet

I think he explained at the start of the video: they start as atheists (which is just not believing in a superior being) and then they adhere to a particular belief system. But this applies only to LaVeyan satanism. Some forms of satanists do really worship satan as a god. But LaVeyan satanists are atheists which follow the satanic philosophy of worshiping yourself. I think he explained at the start of the video: they start as atheists (which is just not believing in a superior being) and then they adhere to a particular belief system. But this applies only to LaVeyan satanism. Some forms of satanists do really worship satan as a god. But LaVeyan satanists are atheists which follow the satanic philosophy of worshiping yourself. HA HA The Satanic panic! I remember that very well! Good times. The PMRC Ha Ha You had all those supposed victims of ritual abuse or kids come on tv, or write books who claimed to have seen demons and even ol Scratch come out of the speakers while listening to "metal" or something. I missed out! I used to listen to a lot of Venom or likewise and had not as much as a hello from Satan.

Well that's pretty good man, I recomend you read the Satanic Bible only if you really want to. Its gonna change your views about it and lots of things. I know I might sound like some other religious propaganda guy, but honestly this book is really a masterpiece.

Just as many- if not most wars in history. And as far I know neither Wilhelm II. who started World War, nor Hitler had been Satanists. So how far is Satan the bad guy?

Yes most Laveyan Satanists would go out of their way to help someone who has helped them. Again we can use The Satanic Bible to answer your question. Satanic statement #4 "Satan represents kindness to those who deserve it, instead of love wasted on ingrates!" I can't speak for Theistic Satanists though , because I really have no idea what their Canon is.
