No it wasnt, it came in after Saudi Arabia rejected his offer to fight Saddam and instead went for the USA's offer, Osama worked for the USA and alongside Special Forces in the 80's, until the Saudi and USA started undermining the Saudi peoples rights. What terrorists before hand. Terrorism is relatively new. And yes eliminate terrorists, which is something we are not doing well instead we are to busy invading or planning to invade other countries, which is increasing the number of terrorists and not chasing the ones we are after in the first place. It would be very hard to eliminate a whole country and terrorists are far from it. "War can be created through peace but Peace cannot be created through war" to think otherwise you deserve to fail.
