What about McLeach from The Rescuers Down Under, Sykes from Oliver and Company, Ratigan from The Great Mouse Detective, Sa'luk from Aladdin and the King of Thieves and Lil' Lightning from 101 Dalmatians 2-Patch's London Adventure.
I've never seen the Lion King, (Well, I think I have, but I was too young to remember) but depending on this video, Scar must have no heart. I think it would be better if they named him "Scat" meaning crap, because that's how he acts.
A LOT of people consider Scar to be Disney's most overrated villain, possibly because so many people LOVED this movie. XD I applaud you for not putting Frollo at the number one spot. I don't get why people liked him so much anyway. My list would've included Oogie Boogie from The Nightmare Before Christmas, Churnabog from Fantasia, and Ratigan from The Great Mouse detective. :3 Number 1 would have been Ratigan, mostly cause he has SO much fun doing what he does, AND he's voiced by Vincent Price!
@thebigall21 I didn't find him to be a very good villain. He died like, half way through the movie and there wasn't really a final/big epic battle scene or whatever. (: Just my opinion.
I like most of the list but I wish you would have had Mother Gothel a little closer to the number 1 spot. I'm not sayings she's the worse villain but she should have been in the top 10 at least. Of course, this is all just my opinion but still...
