Myofascial Rebounding is just amazing. I'm always left with a buzzing feeling through my whole body. It is also a excellent technique to use with my patients, especially if they have a hard time letting go. Thanks Richard for making this available.
@LegPains Rolfing is one of the older forms of myofascial release. The main difference is that John Barnes Myofascial release does not force the tissue but only moves to the non elastic barrier. The other difference is that John Barnes myofascial release maintains a long hold (at least 2 - 5 minutes) and this makes the change in the tissue last longer.
I had a positive experience with Rolfing, but I think myofascial release is more effective.
I am a recovered fibromyalgic who left the care of medical profession to discover the cause and cure of this horrific condition, and I understand this condition from the inside and back out again. This is a good description of symptoms. Symptoms can often be mistaken for the cause, and treatments that help do not cure. Do not give up from failed hope. Keep going! See You Tube video:

The Fireside Chat helps so much to give a "hint"/"taste" of that which is truly experiential, this Approach to Myofascial Release. Rebounding as a part of
MFR - I love the description "stealth fighter" - it just goes in under the bracing
and allows for that which was solidified to become more fluid. And becoming
aware of that which may be holding someone back from deeper/further changes
and healing - sooo valuable. We always have the choice. Great clip for folks
