  • Sept. 20th is my ship date

  • fuck russia usa the best

  • I want to be a soldier

  • I have to watch this again. I have never in my living life seen anything this intense, and I have seen some amazing athletes in action and trained with some incredible individuals. It's as thrilling to me to see people perform like this as it is to watch Olympians in action. But the difference is THIS is about life and death, not athletics.

  • Wow! I am blown away. That's incredible. So much respect for you guys...

  • You know when he has to do the tower thing...Does he do a reverse grip pull up and swing his body over the top of him to get up? That seems like the most dangerous phase to get injured and fall...is that the only and most effective way of getting up the tower?

  • 4:02 doesn't that hurt your balls :L

  • Not sure about the Mother-Russia comments, but I can tell ya for damn sure that Coronado sand will take most of what you have right out of you all by itself. Add sleep deprivation and nutrient deficiency and you'll be hearing bells in your sleep. This kid has obviously taken the think and feel out of the equation. Right on. BUD is King.

  • From a brother in arms (ret Marine), that was an outstanding run on the o'course. I played around with this o'course while stationed in SD and it was no joke. Good job and thank you for taking over the helm.....God bless.......

  • Chuck norrise's playground as a kid

  • Looks like fun

  • fuckin beast man. Id prolly fall like an idoit on the rope you climbed across. And the bars that he was going in between, insane!!!

  • huffing and puffing at the end... so out of shape.. tsk tsk tsk :P

  • Dat obstable course id beasty!!

  • BEAST MODE!!

  • amazing, i dont know how he keeps going .... but im tired watching it ^_^

  • the 1 dislike was from a Spetsnaz

  • Nice!

  • he just put the guy from the official video to shame. 5:00 vs 7:00.

  • Very Impressive.

  • I felt my lactic acid build up just from watching this guy.

  • In Soviet Russia, O-Course runs YOU

  • Haha I would like to see that. Obviously it hasn't met me yet.

  • @4863440 yea shut the fuck up faggot...u dont contest a Navy SEAL...soviets dont have shit againt the most elite warriors on the Earth

  • @4863440 Idiot

  • Nice, I wish I had a course like that to use whenever. I can see ppl getting f'd up at 3:20 after being up for a few days and in full gear.

  • nice done man now try for grow ups...

  • That guy is a beast.

  • that would be very mentally hard to begin that rope climb down the tower. that is HIGH.

  • I figured if you were really determined to be a Navy SEAL just watching these videos would give you a slight advantage, you'd know what to expect and the best way to train for these things, it's great you can find so much on SEAL training on the net.

  • in russia we build such playgrounds for childrens

  • @T16Akatsuki

Phah. Canadian children use these types of tot-lots in 3 feet of snow.

  • I guess that's why Canada has such an awesome military.. HAHA

  • @speedfreak2080

Oh my. Are you replying to my comic remark with invective?

  • @T16Akatsuki russia sucks

  • @T16Akatsuki yea in russa you suck dick hahahah

  • Ya, sure.

  • 4:45 to be exact

  • my bro said he did it under 5min

  • This guy smoked it!! Great job!! Much respect to you guys!!

  • Damn Good Job!WoW

  • i don't think i heard a "hooyah" over the hooyah logs!

badass my friend. can't wait until i get my shot.

  • how tall is the net climb?

  • @navyseal125651 40 feet high

  • Great video as well as a very low time. The way he climbed that tower was interesting. Got anymore videos of the course?

  • what is this for?

  • Get some...

    Love this course.

  • I want one.

  • Yeah, I think its safe to say he's run this a few times before, lol!

  • is there a day where civiline can try this course for fun?

  • @d8654474 lol

  • Is this on base? if so, If I can get on base can I do this?

  • @WOWskarphace active duty, check in with the quarter deck

    and go for it.

  • ok ok, this beats the Marine o course lol. This is the mother of all obstacle courses. What a gasser

  • you get to do this at BUD/s?

fuck yes . i know where im going in the navy . aha

    i love o' course

  • i would love to practice this on my own time

  • @dertyjerz3 join the navy, DEP in, and go down there, show the guard your DEP ID and they let you on. its better if you know someone down there so you have an 'escort' but as long as you are DEP'd in you can get on base and practice the O Course.

  • your amazing im training to be a seal and hope to pass in a couple years from now

and i wanted to ask if you recomened being a seal

  • 76?

  • So looking at the 10:30 they expect you to do in third phase, this dude is kicking some major ass! Is 6:00 common? What is the course record if you don't mind me asking?

  • There's usually a couple dudes that can get low sixes in every class. I don't know the record.

  • its 4:30 and it was set by a Seal Master Chief whos filipino or sumthing like that.

  • Damn. I would like to see what that looks like. If I had the balls to go out for the Teams, breaking that record would be an obsession of mine.

  • i actually got to participate on a course just like this but we had to cut it short when some guy fell and broke his arm and leg on the rope crawl

  • used to run from the baracks at North Island and run the course and run back. those were the days!

  • truly impressive.

  • Can you tell me what the grinder pt is like? Like the excersises you do and how many and stuff like that, I am training so much right now cause after college I really want to be a SEAL. Im just trying to get as much info as I can get before I go. Thanks.

  • You can't think like that.

  • nice

  • Well, I was there and I saw it. I salute you as a physically accomplished genius, which includes all phases of mental and physical dicipline, exicuted with finess and ease. You make it look like fun! It was worth every mile I drove to see you. I agree with the Chaplin when he blessed you all.

  • Oh wow. I sure hope I can do that....

  • Nicely done on the weaver... If you survived second, third phases and SQT, best of luck to you in the Teams.

  • Yes actually this is a buds student in second phase you will soon find out that pst scores don't matter at all when you get there. the best thing you can do to prepare yourself Is to not think "just do." when you start thinking that's when you fuck yourself mentaly.

  • TRUE!

  • @speedfreak2080 why does it mess you up mentally?

  • @speedfreak2080 So first phase is just inspections and hell week, THEN second phase is the obstacle course? I don't know i'm a bit confused because i'm going to enlist in becomming a Navy SEAL once when I become of age and earn my bachelor degree.

  • @Tord176 phase one is the intro phase where they try to weed out the people who cant make it as SEALs by putting them through absoulute hell. phase one is the hardest phase. phase two is the phase that teaches you what defines you as a navy SEAL. you learn all the things that pretty much only navy SEALs are taught. drown proofing and diving stuff like that, phase 3 you are taught land warfare. then parachute training!!! then SQT! i really think that aall sounds amazing! i wanna be a SEAL too :)

  • Is this a BUD/S student practicing on a weekend?

  • That course is a good work out, been there many of times...

  • that doesn't look hard...I could do in high heels and putting on lipstick at the same time...hehe

  • right.....

  • fukin animal

  • what SEAL team are you at right now?

  • Do you honestly think he can answer that if he is on one?

  • I always wondered if someone has ever died from falling off the tower or something.

BTW, how hard is that flip move to get up the tower?

  • good stuff. we did a similar course for practice. i ship out with SEAL contract in april. the rope movement after the slide for life looks tough, is that really hard? whos the dude who did the course, is that you speedfreak? did you graduate? are you doing platoon training right now?

  • yea that would be a bad day but beleive it or not ppl do fall off the top and still live because of all the sand at the bottom

  • Comment removed

  • I've seen previous videos where the first two levels of the tower were smaller. Is the new addition there because ppl kept falling off and injuring themselves at the higher levels? Wouldn't it make a potential SEAL operator that much more skilled if there was more risk involved on that tower?

What happened to the uneven posts after the parallel bars?

What's the time limit for this course?

  • 6:00 mins dude youre a beast. wish u luck. wish i could practice the O course right now. slide for life looks like a killer, you handled those bars really fast

  • I'm guessing you're pretty much proper screwed if you take a dive off that huge vertical net? I heard somewhere they said that the obstacle course helps to "expose indecision." I would probably stand as the base of the net staring at it for 10 minutes before I was told to get my ass off the course.

  • Dude in my class quit at the top of the net. Yelled at the top of his lungs "I quit"...at which point the instructors were like "You still have to get down idiot!???"

  • Awesome Video! sure you can figure out who i am from my email addy. Yeah this guy is like one of the smaller guys in our class and crushed all of us everytime through buds! he does a lot of crazy free running and rock climbing and stuff, Speedfreak your crazy! see ya tomorrow.

  • whats free running

  • Parkour....those guys that run around parks and citys using buildings and shit as obstacles.

  • no i already finished

  • im suprised they let you post it here

  • are you going through bud/s right now?

  • the force recon marines run it every now and then for training.. and yes i did have permission

  • did you guys have to get permission to run the o course? is there another branch of the military that runs that very course?

  • When you're at BUD/S you're allowed to go on the weekends and after class and practice as much as you want.
