hahahaha if u dont understand the T&C ur not fit to buy a phone,. I cant get my head around people who dont get these facts, cpw is a company that deals with all phones and all networks, errors will come up. If ur brought up a certain way, i.e. having the ability to be a friendly NORMAL human. U would understand these things and get over it. they sold me a nokia 5530 on voda ,,voda dont do the mms settings for a 5530,,after 4 days of calls and visits to voda ,took it back for a refund as it didnt work properly,3 hrs in the shop, they say company policy says i cant have a refund,,,LIES,LIES, IF IT DONT WORK THE LAW SAYS YOU CAN JUST GET YOUR MONEY BACK , NO QUESTIONS,ALISON WATTS LIES TO CUSTOMERS,CUSTOMER CARE AT CPW IS MORE LIKE ABUSE,THESE PEOPLE ARE HATED FILTH..NEVER AGAIN

Just so you know there was nothing wrong with you phone it so they did not have to give you your money back. Vodaphone just hadn't made the setting available as they were still undergoing testing. You were/are free to use the phone on any network you like. Thats like taking a car back and trying to return it because you can not get fuel for it. PS setting are now available and work fine...

NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE, they sold a fone that did not function as stated,voda and virgin sims DIDNT WORK FULLY !?...NO MMS!!!!

i DONT WANT a fone that doesnt do MMS!!!

they should have only sold the fone with sims that had the settings or told the customers about the mms settings issue,

THE LAW DEMANDS ALL COMPANIES RESPECT CUSTOMER RIGHTS..
