I am shocked to know this. Which law allows a POW to be jailed for so long! I have not heard of such a long imprisonment of even POW's of 2 great wars. A pardoned POW when returns, is released of his duties hence no question that he will fight again. So what is the logic of such an undeclared life sentence?
