this is a rehearsal. they announced it to make it seem real as a soundcheck rehearsal/ to let the other singers know where the rehearsal is at, but as you can see in other videos the staff stand behind. that wouldn't be considered acceptable.

Yes, these (Hoot & Gee) songs are from a daytime rehearsal for a concert that night. That's why sunglasses & casual clothes. I've seen the night time concert on you-tube on someones' post and they are dressed up.  I'm sure there is an early crowd of people sitting in audience waiting.
