Can't find a name for that hairstyle, but it was popular in the 90s. I mostly remember it being the late 90s when i was in middle school. It's either her hair just braided in one spot or a tie in braid accessory. The tie-ins were really popular especially the colorful ones. I just can't fully tell though because of the low lighting.
