  • I'm studying the area at the moment and I was wondering whether this is the 1995 or 2005 landslide?

  • It's unfortunate that people do die from natural disasters, but you should be thankful that people do find them interesting. Because we find things like mass wasting interesting geologists study them, so that we can prevent people from building homes under a hill that already showed signs of landslide activity.
