Does this road take you up Table Mountain?

No - only along the coast nearby - If the camera panned to the right about 45degrees you'd see it off on the horizon - about a 5 minute drive away. This mountain is Muizenberg Mountain. There isn't a road that goes to the top of table mountain - at least not one for general public. Only foot paths and cable-way.
