  • These guys went beyond "acting" in this flick! (I'm not sure but I think when Martin Scorsese auditioned Robert De Niro for the part he thought he was so in character, Scorsese thought he was a real street punk) any one else heard this ?

  • i wish i could say "fuck" just like Robert De Niro, fucking awesome

  • "You dirty, two-faced fucking bastard, don't ever hit me again, don't!" -

De Niro, the greatest actor of all time.

  • LOL, I just realized that Deniro acts like Liam Gallagher in this movie.

  • @quidseeker Liam Gallagher was 13 months old when this was released. I think you meant to say, "Liam Gallagher acts like De Niro did in this movie." lol.

  • der fiml ist echt spitze. einer meiner lieblingsfilme

  • lol i was just watching their other "fight scene " in little fockers...

  • keep pressing 7

  • guys, that old lady happens to be Mr. Scorsese's mother, Catherine Scorsese. In fact, she played Tommy's mother in Goodfellas! on 6:22

  • Oh Teresa! My favorite woman! LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL

  • "Ey! Come here....COME HEEEEERRRE!"

  • What a scene, the confrontation, Harvey & Bobby! So F--king real. Some know. One of the forgotten Gems. Salute!!

  • They're playing "A' Abissinia" (Onto Ethiopia), the war song of the Italian Army when they invaded Ethiopia in 1935. The pro-Mussolini groups used to play it during their street marches in the 30s. My father, a Sicilian-American who later fought in the US Navy during WWII, used to beat them up all the time.

  • Hucho= most likely a spic or just a lame white boy who got beat up on by Italians hahahah that's y he's a hater.....prob a nigger tho by how ignorant he sounds lol

  • @Stugots666x I am Dutch fool.

  • Harvey and Robert are awesome together. Such good chemistry.

  • Great movie.

  • De niro was hitting on all cylinders with this one!

  • I believe it's called CATA PÉME - I have tried to track down a recording of it but I've been told it was only recorded - live - by Scorcese during the italian festival. If anyone knows where a recording can be obtained please advise.

  • whats the name of the italian song playing when Deniro beats the guy????

  • altough martin scarcese makes the best movies

  • i hate ginnys

  • you know what i mean: De Niro in this movie is the guy from Grand Theft Auto 3, he's even dressed like him XD

and...all the other Grand Theft Autos =D

  • made me want to watch the whole movie again.

  • What fight scene? This isn't a fight scene.

  • Great acting.

  • Me, I love guineas.

  • intense fucking scene

  • I feel like making a pot of sauce now..

  • Good acting in this scene.

  • Maybe the italians in New York were really tough. But let me tell you: Italians in Italy are scared as shit and dress like girls. on the contrary Italy has nice girls ;) and food.

  • go fuck yourself you piece of shit, you right about them being tough in new york, but shut the fuck up about the ones in italy, thats where the fucking mafia started you dumbass, and the asshole that gave you a thumbs up can also go fuck himself

  • fuck off man why watch this video if all your gonna do is shit talk about guidos, are you a jew or something

  • you two faced fuckin bastard don't ever hit me again don't

  • Harvey should win oscars for more movies.

  • Harvey just Rules, he always plays a great role.

  • those are real movies, i miss great movies like this, today everything is so unnatural and superficial.

  • What happens when she cums?

    Hahahaha This is fucking hilarious!

  • This is not really a fuckin' fight. Deniro could of rocked Harvey

  • i like the friendship and chemistry on and off the screen between deniro and keitel..i love seeing them both together on the screen...i hope scorsese will do a movie again with both of them together

  • With Joe Pesci too!

  • and frank vincent too...

  • De Niro = Best actor

  • Scorsese's mom at 6:33

  • what happens when she comes? lol

  • love this film. all deniros films are pure class even in comedies. hes brilliant .. an so is harvey keitel the coolest man drinkin a cup of coffee ever in pulp fiction =)=)=)

  • harvey was good in pulp fiction but i think his best role was mr white in reservoir dogs

  • @zboy419, indeed. I also liked him in National Treasure as the smooth talking FBI agent Sandusky.

  • @zboy419-He's pretty great here too, no?

  • @zboy419 man harvey played in so many movies just google it

  • what about Bugsy? Harvey had an oscar nomation for it. The rest of the movie he did not. I like pulp fiction and reservior dogs too but Bugsy is his best role ever.

  • what about bad lieutenant. that film would have been terrible unless a capable actor managed to carry the story with some level expertise just to keep the viewer interested. Keitel did a fantastic job and though you can't really rank the film itself alongside pulp fiction or reservoir dogs, the performance definitely deserves mention. Save for the awful full frontal nude scene. lol

  • joey6590, keitel in an american jew. alot of jews can act but not many jews can't get oscars. I never seen bad lieutenant. i bet harvey played that movie good too. in the movie Fingers in 1978 he should of got an oscar nomation for that too.

  • worst day of my fuckin life

  • no i think ur just retarded

  • in this scene when deniro was walking on the side walks and punching a guy..its GTA style man!!!cool

  • you're right men.

  • the departed was fucking awesome!

  • I kind of thought the same when I first saw the Departed, to be honest I still think Scorcese's choice with Di Caprio in Departed and Gangs of New York wern't exactly the best choice he has ever made but after watching The Departed a second time I realized that the film is actually great and Di Caprio pulls off the role perfectly. Watch it again and you might change your mind.

Anyway about the video, classic Scorcese film, Keitels and De Niros performances are absolutly spot on. Amazing Movie.

  • you're right men.

  • I just love this Movie!

  • only thing i didnt like was Amy Robinsons acting.....every person in this movie sounds genuine like they are born and raised in Brooklyn. She sounds like she is from Kentucky......Scorcese should of gotten someone better i think....it was his first so its ok....he's only a legend now

  • Can someone put up the movies mean streets and raging bull or even taxi driver or all

  • That was amazing acting by those two men. Especially when they were in the lobby, just starting to fight. If I didn't know this was a movie, I would've thought a hidden camera caught two guys fighting.

And that Amy Robinson didn't act too good when she spoke, but her siezure acting was phenomenal. Had me worried about her health. :P

  • The first song is "Al'Abissinia", the song the Italian Army sang when they marched into Ethiopia. It was the first war those cowards ever won in 1400 years, and the last. They had to use poison gas to do it.

The girl is Amy Robinson, who gave up acting to become a successful producer.

  • @Gazzara5 Yes it's a shame. But do you have the song??

  • do you have the song?

  • do you have the song?

  • that's one of the best fights in movie history.

shit looked like they were really gettin into it. Must've been hard to ''act'' that shit out. Specially catchin them smacks from keitel.

  • Charlie's girlfriend is beautiful.

  • Really, that song while he's running through streets is unknown as to who or what it is? That song KILLS me, its amazing.

  • haha thats no kick ass... just a nice girl and two pricks fondling each other

  • Robert de Niro is great in this movie!

can someone upload the whole movie on youtube

  • questa canzone ke c'è d sottofondo è FASCISTISSIMA ki sa ke c'è dietro...FASCISM FOR ENGLISH IN THIS FILM...

  • Se ci vuole il fascismo per la gente di scrivere correttamente nella lingua italiana, ci sto.

  • ma cs vuol dire...e poi vicino a me parl italiano...ne fess !

  • Mi scusi tanto, ma lei è analafabeta, o soltanto desidera fare la figura del truzzo?

Best to write correctly if one wishes to be taken seriously in any language. Good luck ;-)

  • johnny boy is a badass motherfucker

    Deniro/scorsese breakthrough film

    amazing movie

    and hey thats catherine scorsese

  • at the video's beginning they're playing a fascist song

  • What are they saying, and do you know what the songs called.

  • l'don't know the english translastion lyrics of the song, but the title is "faccetta nera"(English,"little black face"),search on Wikipedia-

  • who gives a shit, its a movie

  • Exactly

  • @slakn which song is that??

  • "what do you mean, I ain't smart, I'm a stronzo..."

  • wuts the name of the italian song playing when robert deniro is walking through the streets of new york city and beats up some random guy

  • It was recorded from the musicians singing at the san genero feast at the time of filming, so couldnt tell you sorry.

  • thats alright, thanx anyway

  • Some people have never been to NYC and know nothing of San Gennaro. I live in Brooklyn and have been to San Gennaro several times. Great fun & food! NYC is full of similar festivals!

  • @gavinooch87 YEs! I want to know too. Have been looking for this song for 3 hours now

  • that is great intense scene

  • what did Johnny Boy say when Charlie called him smart?...johnny boy says..STROTZ?, he is like iM NOT SMART IM A STROTS?

  • It's "strunz'" It's southern Italian dialect that basically means "piece of shit"

  • without mean streets no goodfellas sopranos or gangster movies with that trademark dialogue like in pulp fiction ,mean streets i think more important than the godfather in terms of modern crime movies

  • I think scarface(1932) is the most influential gangster movie.

  • johnny boy. the coolest, cockiet, arrogant badass character ever. deniro revolutionized this type of chracter.

  • Cus Johnny boy rules lol

  • isn't that martin scorsese's mother...

  • Yeah it is, she's in a lot of his movies.

  • why did johnny boy randomly beat up that guy on the street? it was funny
