It will be released when it appears in PS3 Store and... Just type in google: PS3 Home Released... If it gives alot results from Sony forums etc. Then its pretty surely released...

Yeh you can launch your games from home but it does not take you straight to the multiplayer game you have to do that yourself atm and also when you quit it takes you back to home but you have to manually log back in hopefully sony will improve this before they release :)

Yeah, this is the new updated version, you can get this penthouse suite for free at the estate agent in the marketplace. I've no idea when the open beta will become available to the general public. I'm not even in closed beta, a friend of mine sent this video to me. :D
