There are many wonderful believers in Christ out there that take the message of Love and acceptance to their community. There was recently a church that just banned interracial couples. The higher authorities in that particular sect might have a say in what that church does, but the Government cannot come in and bully one church to act like the masses. Look I also think the Bible is made up of many different stories but I was a hardcore Christian for many years. There are many wonderful believers in Christ out there that take the message of Love and acceptance to their community. They may fly under the flag of Jesus Christ but they are taking the best aspects of "their" interpretation of the "word of God" and incorporating those moral values into their daily lives.
