The only way this game will run like shit on a Laptop or Desktop computer is if your computer doesnt run the minimum requirements of the game fool...

Hence: the game running better on a PSP then it does on a Laptop, Is mainly because a PSP has a decent graphics driver built into it so it can run things that require graphics... Things like games, and software... Meaning your PSP Has a better graphics card then your laptop does which doesnt surprise me cuz 500$ laptops dont got fuck all..
