Ovie's a former 60 goal scorer, his worst season was 85 points (which happened this year mind you). Marty St. Louis has been consistently dominating in the NHL season 2003, look at his stats and see for yourself.

@jcoolboy That's because when they finalized the roster, not only was he only 18, but he wasn't proven yet. Stop trying to act like Canada is SO much better than everybody else. The canadians got pretty lucky the way it was.

Actually, don't be a jealous American. Stamkos was 19 in the season they were picking players for the Olympics and at the time, he was in top 5 in goals in the league (eventually scoring 51 goals by the end of the season) and even if he wasn't "proven" yet, any other country in the world would take a player who was top 5 in goals in the NHL. If Kyle Okposo was on pace for 50 that year, the Americans would've taken him, I guarantee it.

And he's not my favorite player, Andrei Kostitsyn and Jeff Halpern are. Jeff Halpern's always been one of my favorites and I love the fact that he's in Montreal now.
