no singer sounds the same live as they do on the CD as they record the vocals in chunks so like chorus then verse not straight threw. so being as this is live its all at once so the vocal cords get stressed out and he is moving around and is energetic in the studio you are stationary and using condenser mics witch are alot and i mean a lot better quality than what is used for live performances this would be the reason why he and no singer sounds like a CD when they song if they do there miming
