oh thanks, i asked because kero said i had to be at least rank 9 to become a mod, and if i make a new account after its been stolen does it still hurt my chance of being a mod?!?!?!

We don't know when we're selecting new mods.
Getting your account stolen is a good way to hurt your chances of becoming one.
