  • that's wired, our cat fat boy smoke does this all the time right before he takes a nap, I think they miss thier mom..

  • whats weird is that my pit bull/boxer dog dose this.

  • OH MY GOODNESS SO CUTE!

  • The Cougar is a beautiful animal but it needed to be in the wild not a pet in a home.

  • @iowarose1980 this cougar would have no chance in the wild. And how do you think domestic animals came about?

i really wish people would keep this bleeding heart shit to themselves.

  • @xCanadiens1991 lmao

  • Rock you like... a Cutie Cougar Hell yes!!

  • DAWWWWG..TOO MUCH FLUFF TO BEAR WITH >O<

and he's not even a true BEAR *facepalms*

  • lethal cuteness

  • omg. ITS SO FUCKING CUTE!!!!!

  • the purring the paws the eyes

    made me fucking EXPLODE

  • Im sorry if I missed this in the comments, but did you just buy this cougar from some breeder? I understand that you have to meet qualifications.

  • I NEED IT RIGHT NOW! :O

  • what a sweetie

  • My cat was just doing this to me on my blanket when I was on the couch. She was pricking me with her claws. Now if she had been a cougar, then I'd have a bloody leg. Beautiful animal none the less.

  • Oh my god! Soo beautiful!!!<3

  • wow look at those eyes!

    beauty!

  • I thought i was getting porn but got something better a cute feline

  • why 360p on some videos are nicer than wannabe's 720 on other ones?

    here's your perfect example

  • ahh, sounds lik helicopter!! :3

    too cute!!

  • It looks like you are taking good care of her, which is good. However I don't think it is a good idea to keep wild animals as pets. But as a big cat admirer I liked the video. Currently in British Columbia 100's of cougar are unfortunately trophy hunted. There are many humane ways to maintain animal pops. without trophy hunting, which is hunting for sport, who kills for recreation, unbelievable!

  • @positivencouragement : I am in total agreement, disgusting -nothing should ever be hunted for fun or otherwize. I am inclined to agree that keeping a wild cat as a pet isn't not the greatest of ideas since their primal instinct is to hunt and well they can kill humans too-however this one is so cute, apparently the only big cat that purrs.

  • @jane1975 Thank-you for your supportive comment. I did not know they are possibly the only big cat that purrs, very interesting! Watching this sweet video, just upset me re: trophy hunting, it makes no sense. Who kills something for sport, it is very unhealthy, (I am a prof. counsellor it is actually antisocial) why not take up hockey, baseball or another hobby which is fun, but doesn't hurt anything at the expense of something else. All life you, me, all animals ect.. has great value.

  • @positivencouragement : You 're welcome, mankind unfortunately is cruel and likes to kill things sadly:'( I found out the Cheetahs also purr too but other than ocelots, lynx wildcat and these two-other big cats don't have the mechanism to purr only Roar/meow/hiss etc but not purr. He/She is very cute and beautiful but not really good to have as a pet as she/he will likely kill you eventually.

  • Respond to this video... Thank-you for your supportive comment. I did not know they may be the only big cat which purrs, very interesting! This sweet video upset me, as trophy hunting in BC has been in the news, who could kill an animal for sport, (as a prof. counsellor I know it is antisocial and it should as in India be criminalized meaning fines and jail time). There are countless other fun hobbies hockey, baseball, ect.. all life has value, killing for sport is sociopathic!

  • Damn nature, you adorable!

  • hey, i know, in case that cat ws taken from its mother and family too soon to live with humans, could you please breastfeed it now? -shave your boobs first.

  • oh my god his paws! My cat does this too! Thats so cute.

  • That's it! I'm fed up with these comments, I'm watching cougar porn right Now!

  • she misses her mom :(

  • Oh! What a darling Cougar!

  • In TN as long as you have the proper license you can have wild animals. My grandfather raised two cougars. One of which was the offspring of the cougar that was in the car commercials in the 80's & the other was a house cat.

  • @dxyangeltn : Yes, however it may not be illegal in some parts of the world to keep these beautful animals, but there is the danger of you being killed by it as you cannot tame these animals, instinct is instinct.

  • Comment removed

  • SO beautiful

  • ROCK YOU LIKE A HURRICANE

  • My cat always did that :D

    God I miss her :(

  • Sooo cute D:

  • Looks like this Little meow meow got into teh KITTEH NIP!! =P

  • ....oh god. OH GOD OH GOD TOO CUTE FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUU-

    *explodes*

  • Wait till the day you didn't feed it and fell asleep drunk.

  • Oops..thought I was on youporn.

  • how the FUCK do u have a cougar!? Isnt that illegal?

  • @MochizMuM It depends on where you live. I know that here in Tennessee, it is illegal to have a skunk as a pet, but in other states you can (and yes, they do breed skunks as pets). And as long as you go through the proper procedures and get the correct licensure, then anything can be legal.

  • awwww hes so cute

  • ohmigosh! soooo cutee!!! just fell in love =D

  • cuteness overload!!!!!!!!!

  • I'm going to check youporn for this title.

  • @lordmagicpants hahahaha!!!! I'm dying.

  • @kpark89

    Coherency.

    You lack it.

  • @kpark89 go fuck yourself douce bag

  • it obviously hasnt killed any1, would you rather IT be killed, people like you need to fuck off, if its mother died and he was all alone you wouldnt just leave it, youd call someone

  • Somehow, 'Can I has cheese burger?' doesn't really work with this cat. lol

  • The title sounds like something you would find on redtube.

  • PET cougar? What happens when she gets bigger? Is that legal - what state are you in?

  • Dat..... Was so cute.

  • how is it not mean?

  • Cute but is it legal to own a "pet" like these ?

  • for some reason, the first thing that came into my head when i saw this video was, VICE CITY!!!!

  • MOM can we keep him!!?

  • Thoooose eeeeyes

    They are hugging my soul!

  • Ha, Scorpions playing in the background.

  • this is what i call beauty

  • @JOHNNYwxw also nice song!!!!

  • AWWW ITS SO CUTE and it kneads just like a domestic cat

  • It sounds like a helicopter hahahha

  • same name as my favorite porn vid

  • Where are you allowed to have a cougar as a pet? Is this in the US. She's adorable but I just wonder how safe she is an adult?

  • LOL thata amazing i wish i could own a cougar..sadly i can barly look after myself haha sounds like a mini dirt bike just going

  • cougars are the largest cats that can purr........FACT

  • Cool, I wanna touch the cougar or rub my face on the ridge of her nose just to feel her fur :3

  • Here I am... Rock you like a hurricane...

  • What a sharp looking animal...

  • Awww, she misses her mommy!!

  • You can have COURGARS as pets? How come?

  • @captainjackie Most likely just looking after it becuase a zoo of some sort has rejected it. But, if it really is her pet then I have no idea. It's not encouraged to keep a wild animal as a pet, but people do it with Cheetah's all the time since they're friendly and engangered. Well, and becuase a zoo has rejected it.

  • Nom nom Zebra.

  • KNEET MOAR!

  • Wow look at those paws.

  • @Cventures Yeah, those paws are very cute!!

  • WHOA ! beautiful

  • Cougar's don't really breathe, it's because their breath is death!

We all know it, you see a cougar (even in a cage) you don't look at it, and you slowly walk away!

  • Cougars can Purr? Or is it only when they are young?

  • @Dynastar231 Pretty sure all cats can purr.

  • @Dynastar231 : Only the Cougar can purr and Ocelots and Lynxes - whilst the Lions, Tigers, Leopards cannot.-So yeah Cougars can purr, and probably do so with avengence LOL.

  • @jane1975 The four cats in the Panthera Family are the only ones that I know of that can roar. Cougars and Cheetahs are biggest cats that can purr, but they can't roar as they lack the elongated and specially adapted larynx and hyloid apparatus.

  • how does one go about owning a cougar? lol

  • how much would a cougar cost to buy as a baby

  • aww what a BEAUTIFUL babe!!

  • ITS SO FLUFFFY!!!!

  • Up close her eyes remind me of an avatar (the movie).. Sooo cute tho :))) luv it

  • What's that song playing in the background?

  • @1f5sda Scorpions, "Rock You Like a Hurricane"

  • @anon23bf Thanks!

  • best paws eveeer!!!

  • Oh my god he's or she is just like my mainecoon smokey

  • zomg look at the paws on that kitty DAMN NATURE YOU SCARY

  • Very cute but cougars, or any wild animal for that matter, shouldn't be kept as a pet, for its sake as well as for its owner's.

  • A good bed is a joy forever, especially if you are a cat.

  • separated from its mom 2 early :/

  • this was presumably taken before it ate your head

  • My cat does this all the time to my side when I am wrapped in my fleece blanket.

  • why do they do that anyway?

  • @xXxSnowXAblazexXx it calms them down believe it or not. ever notice how cats do it when they sleep? they do it because they feel like they are with their mother again safe and sound.

  • First thing I thought of? "Omg lucky bastard!" Just too damn cute~

  • @TheMaGezky " Rock you like a hurricane" - Scorpions ;P

  • I almost mistook this for a heavy metal music video from the 1980's.

    Yeah Scorps!!

  • Lol paws or shoes? :L

  • no one's gonna rob your house any time soon

  • I want a cougar, but i know that I am not qualified, I wouldn't want to hurt the poor thing. So I think Ill stick to jealousy and youtube vids. ;P

  • @PaperSoapy

Wild animals should remain out in the wild, they aren't meant to be house pets. I mean sure they might love the attention every now and again but there still wild animals and can seriously injure or even kill there owners. Beautiful cat but not meant to be a house cat.

  • @SeaCoastGirl1987 I agree, its why I said i wasn't qualified, and wouldn't want to hurt it. I want one, but I know that it wouldn't be right.

  • @PaperSoapy

They're beautiful animals no doubt, but very dangerous. Especially if there are children present. Ever since I've been watching videos with people with wolves for pets I wanted one too but know they deserve much more then a home to live in.

  • @PaperSoapy It's more likely to hurt you ^^

  • @PaperSoapy Sounds like you just got no game son. I got about 5 cougars on standby any moment.

  • @llieske Noice.

  • @PaperSoapy

Have a ''toyger'' cat. They're the closest thing to a big cat.

  • @PaperSoapy If you're really interested in big cats, there are tons of shelters and sanctuaries that you could volunteer at. Just putting that out there as a possibility.

  • SHES SO FLUFFY

  • Prrrrrrrrrr Prrrrrrrrrrr Prrrrrrrrrrrrr

  • I know how to get a cougar to purr. Buy her jewelry.

  • @DelanoEvent LoL .... Works for me! ;)

  • @DelanoEvent

    <_<

  • @DelanoEvent I thought cougars bought YOU jewelry.

  • oh my shit now that's one nice cat

  • THE FLUFFYNESS!! (dies)

  • i r cougar vibratin yer haus

  • wow. I've never really seen a cougar up close ever. Wasn't even interested to, but she's so beautiful :)

  • She sounds like a helicopter.

  • OH MY GOD<333

  • Poor kitty. It wants its mommy!

  • @Jessiqua42 not realy.. my cat is 15 and still suckles like a kitten, its a way of comforting themselves

  • @LunaTemari This may only be conventional wisdom, but I've always heard cats do that when they have been taken from their mothers too early. Kneading is normal, suckling is not.

Of course, what's normal, right? It probably differs from cat to cat...

  • @Jessiqua42 its manly for comfort, allot of cats love to suckle on teddy bears or like my uncle's cat.. the rim of your t-shirt, also becouse all the cat I have that suckle were 10 to 14 weeks old when they left their mother, while the youngest was 6 weeks when he was taken from his mother and he's the only one who doesnt suckle.. it realy hasnt got a thing to do with it

  • it's so fluffy i'm gona die!!

  • 32 people weren't kneaded by a purring cougar.

  • deadly but cute very very cute

  • Awww, she's looks just like a normal kitty :3

  • How on earth do you even get a pet cougar? o.O (or any other big cat as pet)

  • You can tell she loves that bed they gave her.

  • OMG HE'S SO FLUFFEH AND CUTE AND ADORABLE CAN'T HANDLE ALL THIS CUTENESS

  • That is a Beautiful Cat, I adore most wildcats. Except Tigers. they scare the SHIT out of me. but enough about me, it's a wonderful creature.

  • obviously this is a rescue ...and i have domestic cats that do the same..it is a comfort response..that cougar looks very healthy and happy...and beautiful as well...kudos for sharing :) sure brought a smile to my face :)

  • Heh Scorpions in the backrounnd :D

  • I want one!!!

  • awwwwe she's beautiful

  • They shoul be wild, they should be wild, they are abused, they would eat their owner etc etc.. Yes, in case of owners who don't understand their behaviour, their needs, cannot provide good conditions... But in this video I see a purring cougar, being healthy, friendly and not aggressive (each abused animal is either aggressive, fearful, or both.. and usually isn't very healthy). The cat isn't closed all time in cage without any contact with people

  • .. like some fat poor individuals in some zoos, where they are only to one purpose - attract people and make money for zoo. Second thing - how long do cougars live in nature? About 8-10 years, sometimes over 12. How long do they live in captivity (in case of responsible owners)? About 17-20 years, sometimes more. If the animal is stressed (I mean also stress coming for boredom, non-activity) it simply cannot live long.

  • So we should more effectively distingiush between responsible and unresponsible owners, tighten up terms of owning exotic cats.. Simply: IF SOMEONE IS A REALLY RESPONSIBLE OWNER, HE WOULD HAVE NO PROBLEM. BUT IF SOMEONE ISN'T, HE WOULD HAVE MUCH MORE PROBLEMS THAN BEFORE. But not totally ban all exotic cat owning.

  • @K8S450DR its still a kitten thats why. ask these people now i bet they dont have it anymore.

  • I looked at his channel here - last video of (I think this) cougar was 1 year before (probably two, at the end of the video was written 2009). Videos from cougar were comming it seems in 1 or more year interval. (Sorry if I look like a detective, I don't want :-D). We don't know, so we cannot conclude. Of course I don't agree with someone who takes a cub of whatever big cat, because it's so cute, and after it grows, he wouldn't be able to care for it and the cat ends in sanctuary.

  • can these be domesticated or what?

  • THOSE EYES!! xD

  • haa wait is it sucking it's dog bed? lol Aww she's gorgeous!

But shouldn't she be in the wild or at least held captive at a zoo?.

  • @iSkyexx

In the wild, maybe. But she probably has a better quality of life there than in the zoo.

  • @iSkyexx

    im pretty sure its in the big cat rescue center -__-;;

    lmao

  • I think I shall proceed to die of an overdose of cuteness.

  • so cute, on a side note i agree with your music choice

  • My goodness, such beauty. Look at those eyes!

  • my cat does the same. she isnt a cougar though.

  • @KinksDoll They're basically the PETA version of a pet sanctuary. They pedal the notion that any ownership of (exotic) animals is abuse, it's dangerous, and that a loving bond is impossible. They're just dishonest and fanatical, and I can't stand them. I pointed out that refusing to socialize animals that are used to a certain level of attention is neglect, and they deleted several of my comments and blocked me.

You don't have to agree with my views, but please PLEASE don't donate to them.

  • @FascistFemale The ownership of non-domesticated animals is abuse. Don't give a shit what you think, it's not right to keep a WILD animal in a place/setting that a DOMESTICATED animal should be in. They are hard wired for a few things - hunt, breed, survive. They aren't doing any of those things. They are wild animals, with wild drives, that do not belong in captivity.

  • @PredatorHuntress666

If you want to get tacks and nails about it, ANY animal can be domestic, if hand-reared by humans. 'Domestic' dogs, cats, etc. exhibit exactly the same behaviors and urges as 'wild' animals, i.e. animals which have not be excessively bred/inbred by humans to possess specific physical/behavioral traits. Large cats and the like are only considered dangerous because of their size. Your 'domestic' cat playing is your 'wild' cat mauling. Exactly the same, but bigger.

  • @SitaBlackwing Yes, any animal can be - once it has been bred for human purposes for several generations. That does not include this animal or any other big cat - none of them have been domesticated.

If the behaviors were the exact same, nobody would play with their cat, because they could and probably would be severely injured. They can be compared, and to the animals, are relatively close in purpose; but they are not the same thing.

  • @PredatorHuntress666 Actually, that's not true. Some big/small cat species were domesticated or semi-domesticated by ancient peoples. The serval and cheetah are prime examples.

  • @FascistFemale Really. That's interesting. Because if that was true, I believe they would be listed as domesticated.

    Let me go check.

Oh, what do you know. They aren't.

Catching a wild animal, breeding it for a few generations, and keeping it in your environment doesn't mean a species is domesticated.

  • @PredatorHuntress666 Oh, God bless your innocence. It's true and if you're willing to do some actual research then you'd know that (or maybe you do and just won't admit it.) Dear, that's precisely what it means. Look up the Siberian fox experiment, which did exactly that. You city kids and your notions.

God save animals from animal rights activists.

  • @FascistFemale No. Domestication is breeding animals, over SEVERAL generations, for human use. Not just breeding them to be breeding them with no purpose.

LMFAO. Actually, I live an hour from the nearest hospital. The city population is around 1,000. There are 3 stoplights in my town. I'm not a city woman. Yes, ADULT.

Who said I was an activist? Though it surprises me not that you're religious. Religious types often do go out on your tirades not giving a shit about actual facts.

  • @PredatorHuntress666 The dramatic irony of this post just proves you have no place acting on behalf of any vulnerable group, human or animal, or participating in a debate about it.

This was a farcical gem, lol. Wow.

  • @FascistFemale I see no dramatic irony, actually, nothing dramatic about it at all. Again, your side of the argument is tanking and you're grasping for straws.

For some reason, your argument holds no water. If someone like George Bush was elected president, then as I see it I have the right to strip nude and walk through my hillbilly town dressed like a rabid water buffalo. And I think debating anything, or taking up for a side of something falls within that. It's an unalienable right.

  • @PredatorHuntress666

    LOL

    That'll do, pig. That'll do.

  • @PredatorHuntress666 It's so nice to meet someone who has an open mind.

All animals were at one time wild so by your own assertion you're just a hypocrite reaping the benefits of humanity's past sins. Domestic animals still have wild instincts, too. Exotic pets are raised on reserves and have never been in the wild. If you released them into the wild, they'd die. And transplanting a wild animal into a home is illegal.

Please do research before condemning these animals to death.

  • @FascistFemale I'm no hypocrite. I know that right now, dogs and cats are domesticated. They have been bred to live with humans, to love humans, to need humans. Their place is at our side. That cougar? I'm afraid not. Adapted to hunt, kill, survive. I'm not against new domestication, I'm against it being done in this manner. "Exotic Pets" are exotic animals that are domesticated. Chinchilla, Hedgehog, Sugar Gliders. So on. Not cougars, or lions, or bears. I'm not condemning any animal to death.

  • @PredatorHuntress666 Domestication means breeding members of a species based on their disposition towards people. You're making assumptions based on nothing. I've seen cougars bossed around by a poodle. I've seen dogs attack children. Lions & bears?Stop generalizing. Cougars & lions can bond with people. By reducing them to mindless killing machines, the public is more likely to support exotic pet bans. Pets are seized. If they can't be tossed into a sanctuary or zoo, they're killed. Way to go.

  • @FascistFemale ....that's what I said. No, actually, I'm not. Nobody considers a puma domesticated, unless you are mentally challenged. And? And? Sorry, but they are all wild animals - and that is my point. Deer are also dangerous wild animals that belong in that grouping.

I'm not saying they can't. I'm saying it's cruel to force them to live the life of a domesticated animal when they are not.

Sorry, but if their lives are better for it, then so be it. At least they do not have to suffer.

  • @PredatorHuntress666 Lol, that's not what I said, either. These animals aren't living like domestics. They can't. They require vastly different environments, vets, diet, amounts of exercise, and handling techniques. That's the law. And any animal can be dangerous. Domestication doesn't equate to harmless, it equates to a common ['X' trait] through selective breeding. And you're generalizing again. You don't have to agree with me, but do your research. Sheesh.

  • @FascistFemale you're right. Even dogs and cats that have BEEN bred for hundrends to thousands of years can still turn on their owners. Some don't even mean to hurt humans. My cat cuts me up all the time when using my lap as a spring board. All it takes is proper know-how and training, years of experience too. But some people enjoy having the bond that an almost wild animal provides. and the adrenaline rush.
