Check the link in the video description. I think that's the only tab on the 'net, but the tab is honestly the worst tab I've ever seen for any song in my life. And the song is difficult to tab out by ear, whenever I try it I can never get the right notes, so that leads me to believe that the song is not in standard tuning.
