Customer is purposely being an asshole, however, the Supervisor has no patience to answer simple questions.

Honestly, this is like listening to two overgrown children. The customer knows the Supervisor is irritable and is basing all his questions on how to piss off the Supervisor. He is acting very childish and thinks he's being clever. The supervisor clearly has a short fuse and won't answer simple questions due to the customer being a douche.

yes they provide tracking after they take order and then custom build and then it takes up to 2 weeks to get to your door..
