Lol this guy actually admitted that she had him by the leash ("Can you please ask a positive question for once", she replies "I'm a journalist") at 11:42 the smile on her face says "gotcha". ghida is so intelligent, beautiful and one hell of an interviewer. the guy needs to calm down a bit, but he was fun to watch - political interviews are rarely this entertaining.
She is telling the truth, I remember he was for the war against Irak, he threatned Iran...and no word against the zionist , because he is one's of them
He might say he is passionate Frenchman, I will say he is a rude drunk Frenchman... Oui Oui, I think you might have already had a few boissons Monsieur...
Ghida stays very calm cool and collected, and as always professional, even though he is NOT! (rude,obnoxious..did he burp?) Ghida so Articulate and Lovely, True Professional!
"I'm a journalist" *smile*
Excellent!!Si Tres Bon Cherie!!
Merci, merci beaucoup pour votre belle sourires Ghida. Votre tres belle et avoir un belle sourire.. *smile*
What a Jewish clown....fuck u coshner. And Ghida don't even bother talking to this prick again. And by the way Ghida, you make us Lebanese proud.......and i also want to say you're beautiful
Yeah, she is stunningly beautiful. Middle eastern and south asian women in my opinion are the most beautiful on earrth, closely followed by latin women- I guess i'm a sucker for exotic looks.
Yes she is hot (that's why I watched this originally), but she should be more of a journalist and not wear her own opinions on her sleeve. You're not supposed to basically argue with someone when you're interviewing them.
Actually it was a rather good interview. She doesn't kiss his arse like fox or cnn reporters would and makes him explain his position rather let him just make blanket statements. WMD's anyone?
i like how the journalist interviewed Kouchner but this guy seemed that he was unconfortable with her and her questions. So Kouchner, instead telling a journalist to be positive in the questions, please, respect the public because those are the questions that a lot of people wants to ask you.
i agree ,a very good interview.A million miles away from what we are confronted with in the British mainstream media, which pangs to the majority of idiots in our society.
That was an excellent interview! The interviewer was polite and straightforward, and the interviewee was wonderfully blunt. What a difference from US media!
Funny how the French foreign minister lives up to the American stereotype of a typical French person's rudeness. Kudos to the interviewer for dealing with that so well!
Ghida Fakhry does a great job with the "Talk to Al Jazeera" series in general. I love the fact that questions are so precise and to the (counter)point. This is what journalism is truly about-- not that soft stuff you see elsewhere in mainstream media!
i would give a full 100 to the interviewer, i think her name is Zaina. so obvious it is how stupid the politicians of west have become. he doesnt answer the question in a logical way rather he tends to show arrogance and impatience towards the asked questions.
he does not let the interviewer finish and refuses to look at the situation in an evenhanded manner. when he is forced to admit that the invasion of iraq is illegal, he just numbly turns of his brain. an illegal act of war aggression is the supreme crime in international law. this is much more of a threat to world peace and stability than speculation with no evidence about a country that is working within the NPT to resolve issues.
rather than encouraging iran to work with the international community, france and the US are pushing for more sanctions to isolate and antagonize iran. this has already alienated iran to the security council; although iran has not given up cooperation on nuclear issues. he also refuses to recognize france's instrumental role in starting nuclear proliferation in the middle east by helping israel to develop their nuclear weapons; he just ignored the question.
not only is the use of force illegal under the UN charter, but the threat of force is also illegal. this makes the continued threats by the US a violation of international law. he talks about iran violating security council resolutions but ignores blatant aggression and threats of force; thereby revealing his arrogance and bias are not only characteristic of his speech.
To quote a United States Supreme Court justice of the last century, "the Constitution is not a suicide pact."
A majority of Western governments have decided that Iran would not make a responsible custodian of WMDs, and that they want to put a stop to any ambitions.
Peacefully, if possible, but when you're forced to deal with an obstreperous bunghole who makes statements that there are no homosexuals in Iran, then it may be necessary to explore other options.
there is no logical reason to think iran would attack the US and the US is not legally justified in carrying out criminal acts of war aggression and arbitrarily dictating death to millions because of a hollow justification of imagined threats. carrying out a suicide pact would be following the baseless reasoning that has increased global hatred and potential for destruction that has followed incidents like the iraq war.
and the UN charter is not a suicide pact; it only allows force of war when there is an imminent and unavoidable attack on the way. if the US feels it cannot control itself and must attack anyone it fears may have different interests, then it should pull out of the UN and stop using it to put sanctions on those independent of US hegemony.
the US is a security council member, and its veto that has kept slaughter going around the world is based on the idea it will follow the charter. you cant have it both ways, put the petulant barbarian (US) in line.
the same thing with the constitution; if the US feels it cannot honor the UN charter, it should pull out of the UN and cease to have the UN charter as law binding on the US government and its officials. there is no discretion for US officials to implement the US charter as a foreign treaty. the "rule of law" is nothing but a joke if such unambiguous commitments are disregarded by savage war mongers.

I would agree with that.
I searched YouTub for Ghida Fakhry and came up with fewer than a dozen videos.
Being interviewed by this woman is like encountering a French poodle in heat; it'll start humping your leg like crazy and never let go.
Looks aren't everything, and this woman proves it.
