It seems a bit contradictory when a person accuses someone else as being ignorant and idiotic when they are ignorant of what the person is talking about. From that comment I would assume they are Christian. I would ask if Jesus preaches about being righteous and going around making hurtful comments about people just because he doesn't agree with their spiritual practices. Jesus seems to me to be preaching the gospel of love and passing that on to others. I wish more people did that.

It's a little more complicated than that, stress is a natural reaction to our society, a lot of times your good charities and morality don't feel equal with what you see around you. Everyone has a different way of dealing with it. Live and let live.

i would stay away from this. I find quick breathing more reasonable. if you put word yoga its the first or second one that comes up. Its performed by some fitness model.
