That wasn't even the point. a chicken hawk is a NAMBLA type which was the way I used the word in my comment. gtg spouted off that alex never called for war, warhawk was used for that idea since the late 1700's, chicken hawk came into usage in the late 1800's. The NEW derivation came from the usage of chickenhawk as a disparagement of an older man preying sexually on the young. This was to inject more negative connotation to the word.
