If you mean the song on the album of the same name, and why it aint played live, then it suffered the same fate as the song Polaris of Rust In Pieces. Its too complicated for Dave to sing and play live and he doesnt wanna do a halfarsed job of it, so he decided not to play it live.

actually this is how it went, they asked dave to make a special song just for their video game, he made it all up and they put it in the game, he later decided to add lyrics to it, the version with lyrics didnt make it into the game because the game was already done when the lyrics were written. you can find this out by doing some searching, i heard this story from dave mustaine himself so believe me its legit.
