The vehicle was directed at and driven toward the officers after repeated requests for the three to stop. They were approached and addressed before they even got to their car and failed to comply. There were more than 40 rounds foired into that vehicle and more than 6 hit him. Nobody complained about why those thugs had to throw 40 rounds in the poor Curtis's car. though.

The very people who are protesting the Sean Bell shooting are alot of the same ones holdng their neighborhoods hostage to be able to sell whatever they're peddling to avoid working for a living. What happened to Sean Bell was just a straight up murder. So go ahead and blame the victoms (poor Blacks) and justify government protected aggression. Gangs and violence are the products of poverty and oppression, so change must come from getting rid of the system, not from within.

Gangs and violence are the result of laziness and poor leadership and nurturing from parents. Fathers who have children with as many women as possible and then support as few of them as possible. Instead of teaching kids to use the education system to get ahead people in the inner cities want to teach them to use the welfare system and how to act poor when they could be otherwise with some hard work. First off, gang members are not necessarily "lazy"; they do work, unworthy work, but never the less, they work. I've been around the gang life. I'm not going to waste time talking about why poorer people are more susceptible to gangs and drugs -- they are -- you know it and I know it. When the economy is up, crime is down. Don't act like capitalism has nothing to do with crime, poverty and racism.

When absolute offense shows itself....absolute action must ne taken to counter it. Could that car have killed most OR EVEN ALL of the police there that night? Yes.

The discretion of the police officers that night was that their lives were in danger so they used force equal to the threat. Sean Ball died as a result of the same force that he used being offered in return. It's sad, but has become the mentality or lack of it for alot of young black men.  I will come at you with rage and no mercy and with no regard for your life, but show me mercy and ask questions before you return it.
