  • Great memo vid. I started out with a 150 Coventry Eagle that i bought for £7.00 back in 1957.

    Hand change, `L` shaped frame. And it went like a bullet. Never had gravel rash in all that time, pretty lucky i guess. Last bike i had was a Honda 900 ten speed custom, Brilliant bike. Sold it 3 years ago, Regretfully. Getting too old these days, Seems to go by so fast. Go get it done now while you can.

    Reckon i`m still good for the island though !!!.

  • This was not 1969, I think it was in 72. I was there both years, going back next year 2010.
