I've worked with many Ghanians and have close Ghanian friends, and they've always been very articulate. Some speak English more impeccably than people born in the USA. So I wouldn't judge Ghanians by this one funny fellow -- who's just goofing around anyway. I can't speak any language but my own fluently, so my hat is off to anyone who can.
