  • how can one, want to be free, from condition yet do it with more conditions (knowledge)? one can not.

  • art does not condition, it express it, thus, the monk is owned, and K got it! With in his own structure the monk sealed his fate.

  • Those who doesn't know both the knowledge of J. Krishnamurti and the knowledge of Buddhism fully did not enjoy this talk at all. Only one sided knowledge can't give you a correct understanding of this scholarly conversion! Don't comment before understand of these two background correctly.

  • "J Krishnamurti under presidential test-room."

  • why do people trash the monk? The conversation isn't over yet...

  • He is just trying to win the debate. Not about the truth.

  • @lngkksng or he is just trying to tell the truth whatever the coast . it all perscpectives : perspective is what shuts down the universe, everyone with their own perspective...it keeps the love out and keep you away from seeing what is.

  • ah the poor monk, he is so fixated from the buddhist point of view that he cant enquire for himself.

  • It is bound to be the case. He is relying simply upon knowledge that he has gathered, one's understanding does not arise from the innermost depths of one's own being, because one has no direct experience. And it has even less to do with the words that are being said, awakening is such that one's very presence emanates it's energy. The monk has no presence, so the quality of the words do not contain that spark of illumination.

  • he is very lucky that he knows what his conditioning is atleast!! We dont even know what we are attached too!

  • The monk is looking like uh, uh, uh! I haven't looked into all that yet.

  • Why is it that we have to brand views with our colored vision ? Why can't we view them independently ? Don't we adulterate by this?

  • I think that our minds find security in always coming to a conclusion, and in order to come to a conclusion we have to compare with something else. The monk can only come to a conclusion about K's teachings by comparing it to Buddhism. And K's point is that when you reach a conclusion you've stopped investigating.
