i did not exactly mean that it cant hit that high note. sure all woofers can hit the same frequency but the being to be of a woofer cant resonate as fast as smaller woofers would on high note. same as for smaller woofers on low note, they can play it but not as wel as bigger woofers can. but just like SicSniper4unreal i too can hit low and highs no problem.

It seems to be stepping it down a couple of octaves to a lower more resonant frequency.

ur an idiot. thresholding in mp3s and 12" subs make that higher note more noticeable than the lower note that sits under it.. an 18" with that lower crossover will hit that lower note when your 12"wont because itll hit the higher note.. also the fact most ppl use mp3s blah blah.. ur just an idiot.
