Most people use kakkoi or suteki I think. :/ I'm not entirely sure about the second one, but I'm quite sure you can use kakkoi to describe a handsome guy. :)
Suteki is also used for guys, you say it when you're in awe or you admire them. So it doesn't mean hot or handsome. argh, I hate it when there aren't any english words that match! It's more of a word that girls would use.
