When Bjórk was in the airport she asked to be left alone and the reporter carried on so that's why she lost it and that's why the reporter dropped charges as she knew she was in the wrong. I would of done the same. Bjórk might be different to other artists but she can sing and don't need music to do it. Some people dislike her but yet don't understand her and everyone has differences in taste in music.

She's said on an interview that this was one of the three times in her life she's really become that upset.
Apparently the reporter, aside from stalking her, had shoved a microphone into her son's face and asked him about how hard it must be to be the son of Björk, and it drove her really mad that her son would be exposed to such bullshit.
I'm not surprised, she obviously was under tons of stress; and, superstar or not, we shouldn't expect her to react any differently than any of us might.

the reporters didnt leave björk alone, she said that she was gonna give an interview later, she was super tired because of the long flight and they didnt leave her alone, then the reporter started talking about how hard it is for her child because she travels alot and suggests that she is a bad mother and she just couldnt keep it calm no more, and björk said that that only happens once in every 7 years, when she gets really really angry.
