As far as 9mm handguns go I would take the P30 over any firearm. As I own one paid only $600 even no tax at the last SHOT show, I do wish it had an O-Ring Barrel as my HK45C does then it would be perfect, as my range review goes I've put over 1000 rounds threw her and not a single malfunction etc. (I only use premium ammo, she had 300-400 rounds when I got her used, I did replace the right slide release as it rattled a bit)
I love my .40S&W version of this gun, but I could never purchase any 9mm that specifically prohibits the use of +p and +p+ ammunition, and the manual for the 9mm P30 is quite specific about that, which is all the more strange when you consider that the manual for its predecessor, the USP, specifically stated that +p and +p+ ammunition usage was just fine.
@bonafide187 terrible.. You have to complete a course, wich in my area is only held 2 times a year, then after the course you have to apply for a weapon, but before you can apply you have to buy a certified weapon safe and send the certification along with the application.. (this is for rifles/shotguns only)
For a handgun, you have to do all the things mentioned above, plus you have to have membership in a gunclub/shooting club for atleast 6 months.. And of course no criminal records.
@ArniieeCDJ Thats crazy gun laws..... I have to give you some respect because you must be a true gun lover to do all that.... I get aggravated by filling out that stupid little questionaire when i buy a gun....lol
@dakotaluvserin i think we have a really good gunlaw here in Norway.
u must be member in a gunclub for 6 months before u can buy your own.
Handgun is ONLY for competition and training here, u cant use them for home defence ore things like that. Not even the police carry guns here therfore 99,9% of the criminals neither carry guns.
i think Norway have the best gunrules in Europe not too hard and not too loose.
sry for my bad english:))) and yes im a true gunlover:)
i don't understand, why can't you shoot in the snow?
