Sonicview 360 Guide and Tutorial : Menu and Settings Introduction

I have this receiver and figured out most of this. The problem is that I don't get any quality listing at all when scanning a satellite. The signal level is good for the satellites. I have a Mercury II receiver also which I used before getting the new one, and it gave me both good signal and quality levels and when I connected the Mercury II back up it works great and I get both good signal and quality levels. Can you tell why this is?
