To cklbg, thanks a kazillion for posting this---Peaches and Herb really made beautiful music together !!

Takes me back to 1966 (?) when my friend and I sang it in our high school talent show. This masterpiece was with the late Francine Hurd Barker, the first of many "Peaches" to sing with Herb. Linda Greene, who I believe is in this pic, was the third Peaches.

Herb is back singing again, with a "new" (#6) Peaches, but to me, cannot compete with the sound and style of the past.

I agree with you, it's a beautiful song made just right for any wedding ceremony. I remember it back in my high school days and the kids loved to slow dance to it. The song was a remake of The Five Keys & it would reach the # 8 spot on the billboard charts in 1967 for this original Peaches & Herb combo. I've added it to my love ballads of the 60s playlist. They charted other romantic hits including "The Ten Commandments Of Love" that failed to reach the top 40 but just as great!!
