But, artists including pianists have an artistic licence to interpret a song as they wish. the greatest tragedy is not recognizing that and criticizing an artist for being an ARTIST. If an artist can`t interpret a work and put some of him/herself in it, then he better pack his/her bags. we`ve heard these peices the `proper ` by-the-bk way enough times already.
It will take me forever to interpret anything near Lang Lang's quality.
