Thanks. I haven't done that since I got the suit. I just though it would be a funny visual effect. My first couple of fursuits I built cost me around $100 in parts and about a month in labor.

Well, this was like the 3rd or fourth furusit ever commissioned. KiwiHunter has improved quite a bit over the two years since this suit was built. It is a lot better than anything I ever built. Thanks for the comment.

Thanks. I got my fursuit from w w w Kiwihunter c o m. My suit was one of the first few she ever built for someone else, but she's gotten better over time. I've built my own suits, but not near the quality as what I have now.

I've made previous versions to my character, but I was never really happy with it. Mind you, I'm a car mechanic, so sewing wasn't my speciality, but I fared well. This was commissioned from a gal I met in Atlanta back in 2005. I haven't been happier since.

Have you tried looking up 'fursuit commissions' via google? Or 'Mascot costume meerkat'? It's best to try that first with these kind of questions. Be warned, fursuits are VERY costly.

Depends where you go really. if you go for custom commissions from commercial companies it will blow a hole in your wallet. So I'd suggest trying with a few furries who take commissions first

i recommend sewing some of that rubber grip stuff to the outside of your paws just make sure you still have full motion of your hands. it helps alot i droped my credit card in my fursuit once that was interesting.

The zipper is really small. Actually, the flap is part of the head. When I tilt my head forward to look down, it reduces the chance of my neck and back from showing.
