in case you don't know how, go to the console, which, if not activated, go to the keyboard options>advanced and check "Enable Developer console. Maek a server, press ~, and type sv_cheats 1 and then noclip. you'll fly around. Go in the room, to turn it off, type noclip again.

u cant get 2 those places on xbox becuz the icecreamhop is patched already but there is 1 guy in a vid made by jokerslove that shows a guy noclipping so they noclipped to all the places :p

For most of them you have to no clip, you need to edit your map files on your orange box disk and burn them to a new disk as an .iso; I can do it and i spectated someone that can. But its pretty pointless because you cant do anything in those rooms, and you can screw up your disk.
