The thing is since you presuppose knowledge in order to refute it the argument is circular and therefore violates your own logical standards.
However, the relativist can always contradict himself since he questiones the validity of logic. If his argument violates laws of logic then he can always say: How do you know that your laws of logic are valid ?

Your argument presupposes knowledge of the law of non contradiction to prove that the claim "knowledge does not exist" is logically invalid.
