@JosephChrist863 Spartan III armor was field modified, which is why the bakc section looks smaller, and which is why none of the shoulder pieces look like they belong to the armour itself. Yes though, Spartan II's were much larger than Spartan III's, their armor was also much bulkier, which is why George's armor looks much more reinforced because in Noble team he's the only one who was a Spartan II, which is also why he looks older and kicks ass.
