Dan Oates has certainly made his impact in the Caribbean at the Camp Can Do 2011 where he encouraged 14 blind youths to be all they can be...He brought joy to their hearts by introducing them to space technologies and practices and allowed them to construct model rockets which they launched in Tobago.
