I just sold this car and received full asking price... and I agree with jessepear... this car was built to hang the front tires in the air when it launches... burnouts are really not that hard on a car... its when you hook up with slicks at 6,000 RPM... then it puts a little strain on her :) Oh well... the car was built to handle it.

i found a 68 pretty much all there not much rust at all for 5k....the paint job is shit whomever repainted it fucked up so there are tiny little bubbles all over the car...not rust though....4 speed....we dont have any cash but we may be picking it up for a friend thats 1400 miles away...

Well I tried to find the post about it being a 67/68 but I couldnt so here's my two cents. The 67's and 68's both have a smaller body and more tucked look to them. The 69 is a fucking beast. Saying this car is a 67/68 is like saying a turkey and an ostrich are the same things.

This is a 69, you're a friggin' rookie if u can't tell the difference, I've had two 69s incl an RS-SS like this one. Here are tips for amatuers: 67 & 68 RS both have blacked out hideaway headlight grills, 69 RS have slotted headlight covers; 67s & 68s have rounded wheel well openings, 69s are squared off at the top with a crease that runs all the way down the body, none on 67s & 68s; to tell 67s from 68s, 67s have side vent windows. I can name a bunch of other things, but I'm out of room...

anyone who thinks that this is a 67 or 68 camaro is a dumbass. Look at the grill and the whell openings. That grill was only made for the 69 camaros and the wheel openings are different. The 67 and 68 wheel openings are more round while the 69 are more flat on the top. Boom! I love proving people stupid. Nice burnout though.

You guys are all whacked. This car IS a 69 - I mean, easiest way to tell is the friggin headlights! They are NOT round on the 69, only 67 and 68. Aside from that, just look at the differences in the body styles. This IS a 1969 Camaro.

thanks for the comments man. As far as the names goes, its something that has stuck with me for awhile since I have always owned camaros. I do love mustangs though... especially the newer ones.... with a little tweaking they can really scream... plus they are way lighter than the new maros.
