Would a punnet square help me guess what will the offspring look like? Or are there far to many offsprings to choose from? (Let's say I breed a normal chao and a monotone chao and I want a two-tone chao)
@almacocoa98 A punnet square would help if it weren't for the fact that Normal is the only recessive Color Trait, and most of the other traits or colors are Equally Dominant, meaning if you mate a Black Chao with a Red Chao you have a 50/50 chance at either color.

I bred a shiny white chao with a normal chao, and the baby seemed like a regular shiny white. I pet it with dark characters, and it turned gray, but also got the red crescent mark on its chest like a normal chao would. It evolved into a dark swimming chao, and has the same black/blue coloration as a normal chao would have, but the colors are lighter (gray instead of black, etc) -- and is obviously still shiny.
@crazo3077 Meaning... what?... I don't think the guides are too complicated (especially not the normal chao one). Or are you going to go over raising chao in general? (Either way, I'm surprised there are still people who raise chao.)

There are a good number of people who still raise Chao. It is just a matter of looking for them.

@Cheetah1251 For the Dreamcast there used to be an online Black Market, but that was disable some time ago. The only Chao available on Sonic Adventure 2 were the Normal Chao and Jewel Chao.

Oof, hey. Let's say your chao reincarnates and it still has the animal parts, it doesn't matter if you're making a chaos chao, as long as those parts are from the previous life, not the new life where you need to give it one of every animal.
I had the same issue. I messed up on the second reincarnation of the chao when you need to give it one of every animal, so when I tried again, it had the parts.
i heard from my brother that there are a lot more glitches in sadx for gc than for pc is that correct? plz answer fast

FYI, in mystic ruins you can find a silver egg at the waterfall and a fold egg in pne f the shops in Station Square.
Also, there's a specail monotone chao you can get, the MTN. I have a few, and one is shiny. the MTN as a chaos chao is whote btw.

@120chico Anything you do to a Chao in before a reincarnation does not effect the new life, other than how the Chao looks.

As far as I understand, Animal Parts probably work the same way in SADX, but I can test it if you would like.

I checked it and the Animal Parts work the same in SADX. When the Chao reincarnates, the parts remain.
