Looks great! very few air bubbles from what I could tell. If you make a copy of your headforms face in plaster then use it to make the appliances then the latex will be cured from both sides. The plastic head acts the same as a lid to a plastic container and does not let the latex air dry- the plaster pulls the moisture away from the latex. really fun sculpt, I cant wait to see it applied and painted.
@StiltbeastStudios Thanks for the great information. We quickly learned that putting the head in the mold didn't work for how we wanted the product to turn out. Thank you for doing such great tutorials on your channel. We really learn a lot from your experience. Thanks for watching Haunt Ventures!
Cool job guys. Not sure if you watch stealtbeaststudios or not but he shows some really cool sculpting and casting vids. I think it looks sweet I need to do some of that this year
Ah! This mouth looks much better. I like it! For the appliance, though, can you paint on the latex with a brush or will that give you brush strokes in the final piece?

Could you guys make a video on how to put the actual latex into the mould?

Are you really using a pool table as your work surface? :)

@GhoulishCop Thanks! I'm not sure if it will give brush strokes. I'm thinking if you paint in the direction of the lip lines it should blend in.
