you will find that about 5 years have passed since Yano went to tokyo and Nana is studying in Tokyo and about to finish university. Apparently they havent seen each other again ever since Yano left, and 1 year after he left he even broke every contact to Nana and any other of his friends...Nana couldnt find Yano everywhere
@MyUnbaribleHappiness At the end of the anime, Yano ends up leaving and moving somewhere else. But the manga is still going. There's 66 chapters so far, I'm waiting for chapter 67 :P. I suggest the website mangareader. (You can subscribe to the site and they'll email you when the next chapter of a series comes out.) Hope this helped :D

I really like this anime, but I hate Nanami... She is so incredibly annoying... And even when her friends or Take would tell her what to do when she was confused, she would take a whole episode to decide what to do and then do pretty much exactly what they had said in the first place! For this reason, I didn't even find the end emotional... She spoiled it for me :(

Yes, this anime is really well done, it's definitely one of my favs. I understand it may seem confusing at first, but all your doubts will end as the you watch the episodes. I guess that's what makes us want to watch it more.

The story of Bokura Ga Ita is actually Yano who had a past girlfriend who he truly loved but died in a car accident and he thinks she cheated on him when she died. Yano and Takashi Nana go through the obstacles in their relationship while Yano has a troubled past.
@ThetwilightAsh in the anime its not really clear but if you read the manga you will see that so far (its not all in english yet) yano disappears so nobody really knows where he is. Takahashi is going with Take...
Yano's ex girlfriend that died in the car accident wasnt really cheating on him when she died because yano and her had already broken up when she was with him. but she did cheat on him with the guy she died with. victoriapang the whole thing with yano not cheating on takahashi though!

@ThetwilightAsh in the anime its not really clear but if you read the manga you will see that so far (its not all in english yet) yano disappears so nobody really knows where he is. Takahashi is going with Take...
Yano's ex girlfriend that died in the car accident wasnt really cheating on him when she died because yano and her had already broken up when she was with him. but she did cheat on him with the guy she died with. victoriapang the whole thing with yano not cheating on takahashi though!

@ThetwilightAsh i would definetly say toradora, full moon wo sagashite, lovely complex, kaze no stigma, and im currently watching Zero no Tsukaima. they r all epic!!! >0< lol and yes i know...its alot. and yup that happens in season 2 u can read the summary on google ^.^

@ThetwilightAsh Chapters 21-31 are unavailable now, but you can still read where the anime left off at mangareader Ch. 32 pg. 5 and still catch up. The anime followed the manga almost perfectly :P Sadly, the manga has been licensed and won't be updated after you read ch. 65.
SPOILER!!!!! Nana fails the entrance exam of the school she wanted to get in, but does ok...

okay upsessed with manga now :) do you know whan he leaves on the train at the end of the anime....i was in tears and the made a puddle....does he end with that weird glasses girl? heard he does? okay donnt tell me....=]

@ThetwilightAsh It's licensed and won't update, meaning you'll be able to read what happens after the train leaves, but you'll be left hanging again after reading about where Nana reunites w/ Yano (it was because of her job I think) because the rest of the chapters will no longer be posted on the Internet >.<
Anyway, you'll be shocked if I answer your question about whether or not Yano ends it with Yamamoto (glasses-girl) so you'd better find out yourself. ;P

waa~ Yamamoto wa daikirai!! >_< I hate her in the anime but I even hate her more in the manga... the anime was soo good!! yet it's so sad... I cried when I watched the anime but I cried more when I read the manga... wherein the story continues... the most breathtaking moment in the manga would be when they FINALLY met after 5 long years w/o contacting each other...poor yano and nanami... this anime is so sweet and deep yet sad.

@NatsuMikan4ever the problem also lies with yano, he sleeps around with yamamoto and all and when nanami is sick of it and wants to break up and grows a bit towards that other guy, then yano is saying things that are telling her that she's the bad one and he loves her and all and she's making a mistake...he's so cruel!

@sacredwaffles It's about a girl named Nanami Takahashi, & she & Motoharu Yano falls in love (you know, typical school-lovers). But, problems from the past squeezes its way into there relationship & it seems like Yano still can't seem to forget or move on from his ex-gf (Yamamoto's sister) who died in a car accident with her ex-bf. I can't say much right now because I might spoil it for you, but if you have questions you can ask me. I know where you can watch online and read online!!! :)

@mikiono yano and yuri yamamoto did it once in yuri yamamoto's house and bout the thing in the classroom, it was actually in the school gym but not yuri yamamoto, nana yamamoto, yuri's older sister and yano's ex that has died..

@blueen96 ok listen up yano was dating nana right? so then she died in an accident with her ex he thought she cheated on him and then he slept with yamamoto then yamamoto said she hated him in the begining thats because she thought he took away her virginity to get back at her sister but he didnt im confused on why he slept with her in the first place...then trouble rises between nanami and yano because yamamoto was a stupid whore who called yano instead of anyone else cuz of her mother
