I too disagree with some Adventists beliefs, especially the "investigative judgment" or that the papacy will return to its former power and become the final antiChrist system, otherwise they're very solid.

The papacy...adventists was not the first people who identifed papacy as the anti-christ. it is undenyable. i hope that when the sunday law comes u`ll realize who they really are.

@barcafun The Adventists properly identify the papacy as the AntiChrist system of the dark ages - all the reformers did, but it's not the final system.The papacy will never return to its former power, the last days system will exert influence in the same way over the same geographic areas but the "mark of the beast" will have nothing to do with Sunday laws, instead it will undermine the true "rest" found in Christ & offer a counterfeit rest based on their own eclectic economic & sociai "gospel"

@JackMWolfe The Bible is pretty clear about that my friend! If God commanded something can we change it? No! The papacy says that they had the power to change Sabbath to Sunday. The Bible says Sabbath is God's sign in Ezekiel 20:12 therefore sunday is Not God's sign so whose is it? the Beast's. I just wanna let u know that if u see it happen (sunday law) then i hhope ull remember n keep the holy Sabbath coz it isnt gonna be late. God bless you!

@barcafun It's not going to happen. The real meaning of the Sabbath is found in Christ - NOT in a certain day of the week. Jesus said "Come to Me & I will give you rest" The end time conflict will be about resting in Christ not about worshipping on a specific day. Adventists are right that the papacy was the 2nd AntiChrist system in Daniel (the 1st was Antiochus Epiphanes) but the last will be different than either of them. But Adventists do have Stephanie - a treasure I'd like to steal away!
