My brother has an iPad 2 and I have the Transformer. With Flash disabled my TF is faster and no lag at all, all the apps my brother has I have, he can't play emulators while I can, and my tablet is more durable. iFail.

@jetterra Go to your browser's settings and look for advanced settings. Now look for Plug ins. That's Flash. It's really ICS's fault because the new update made my tablet slower.

They're both great as the review said, but the Asus Transformer Prime and Androids are OPEN. You can tweak them, customize it, simple drag n drop, no hassles having to go through iTunes all the time just to copy/transfer. Also the Prime has a SD slot! Very convenient for upgradeable memory, copy/transferring, or whatnot. Last but not least, the transformer 700 is coming out which is even BETTER than the Prime or the Transformer. Android is taking over. Long live PC.

@MrSub132 It's more about OS preference then which one is "better", much like OSx - Windows; Symbian - Blackberry; Windows Phone - Android. It's very difficult to compare two devices with competely different OS's since and it wouldn't make sense to compare them on specs only since the integration of software-hardware can be completely different. PC users are mostly focused on performance specs; I think that's why they hate the apple pricing so much; they can't see it's more then only specs.

People who say the iPad 2 is just a bigger iPod Touch are total idiots. I am not trying to be offensive or anything. I too thought the same thing before I got my iPad 2.More than what the specs are, the amount of useful things you can do with it are off the charts. Its bigger, therefore has beautiful apps like iBooks where you can now access textbooks. Multitasking Gestures make everything so much more easy. I dont have to pinch to zoom for anything. Many wont understand now, until they use it.
