Kathie was one of three suspects in the abuse of Kelsey. She was then and she still is now. Kathie, Raye, and Lance were and are the three suspects. Mike Porter wasn't added to the list until Kelsey died.
This video pretty much says it all. Kelsey was going downhill while with Kathie and once she was away from Kathie, everyone thought she was safe! Thank you for making the point crystal clear. The lies being told by some users who want to promote hate against Raye instead of the man who murdered Kelsey are getting very old!
